With three busy Turrets and a combination Turret Laser Combo on our production factory floor, our skilled machine operators are well-versed in large-volume production and projects with efficient turnaround times on quality parts. Our machines have 360 degree rotation a good variety of forming tools great for parts that require holes, forms, bursts or tapping. Part identification options are available on the combo.
MATERIALS FOR TURRET PUNCHING
Aluminium, Mild Steel & Brass - 0-6mm
Stainless Steel - up to 2mm
For thicker materials, we use our Laser Cutting machine.
We have punching options available for: countersinking, dimpling, embossing, bridge bending, scribing and thread forming.
Choose from our part finishing and surface treatment options including deburring, painting and powder coating.
