If it’s metal we can powder coat it! Roof flashings, window framing, cabinetry, signage, mag wheels… The Farra Powder Coating plant is equipped with the latest powder coating suite from the French Sames Kremlin company:

• 8m x 4.5m x 3m high batch oven.

• Can accommodate bigger jobs up to 8m long such as balustrades.
  

• Chrome-free pre-treatment.

• An integrated overhead track system.

• Traditional manual paint booth.

• Automated painting conveyor line for items up to 2.2m long.

• The plant has improved our internal process offering a complete service including design and build. Coated to completion to ensure a premium product and finish.

Chrome-Free Pretreatments - Traditional chrome pre-treatments include chemical compounds with Chromium 6. Chromium 6 is hazardous, environmentally harmful and increasingly restricted internationally. This is why we use chrome-free pre-treatments only.

Dulux Guarantee Coming Soon - Our powder coating team are in the process of becoming Dulux certified, this will mean we will be able to offer 10-15 year architectural warranties. Call us for more detail about Dulux colour.
